Welcome, This will be my 1st post as the new RLCC Regional Bp for the USA. I can say without doubt after 24 yrs in ministry service I have never dreamed I would be here now.Having never any ambition to become a bishop, I have accepted this great honor of office and service only to better serve our members. I will be the best Bishop I know how and Promise to be Bishop to all to all who wish. I am especially honored to discover while editing this site upon my return from England that not only did I have the joy of going to England to be consecrated not far from our Bp's Wedgewood's Chapel and consecration site, but that my being consecrated on March 7th, I share the month with Bp.Leadbeater who was consecrated March 9th. The Trip to England was wonderful ! There were a few close calls crossing the street but Fr.Chris saved me from the crazy British driving on the wrong side of the road ; ) . The Ordinations were powerful and the experience was truely mystical and unexplainable. I want to thank PB.Richard Palmer, Fr.Chris, Fr.Michael, Fr.Les and especially Mthr. Elizabeth for all the warm and generous hospitality. I truely look forward to the next visit. I am looking forward to getting to work now with the USA Synod and developing the Church here in the USA that God's people deserve. Thank you everyone! +DDL.Rochelle, OST
